Here at Athrú Solutions we provide a complete, impartial, and timely investigation to allegations that may be made in the workplace. Our role is to establish the facts surrounding the alleged incident and develop the best possible outcome for both the organisation and the individuals involved. Sometimes it is more effective to have an independent 3rd party invigilate proceedings as their judgement would not be swayed by personal preference.


Mediation is the process by which two parties with the help of an impartial third party resolve their employment relations problems.
At Athrú Solutions, we have qualified personnel who assist two parties in dispute resolution to reach an agreement. We mediate between the two parties needs and do not impose our own judgements to the situation.
