Mediation is the process by which two parties with the help of an impartial third party resolve their employment relations problems.

At Athrú Solutions, we have qualified personnel who assist two parties in dispute resolution to reach an agreement. We mediate between the two parties needs and do not impose our own judgements to the situation.

In mediation, we use a variety of techniques to progress the communication and improvisation between the parties that have reached stalemate which will assist with finding a win-win solution for both parties.
